Can You Really Lose Weight with Wu Yi Tea?

Seems too easy, right? Drink a few mugs of wu yi tea and lose weight without effort? I did not believe it either and then something peculiar happened over the holiday season.

You should understand that I am in fairly decent shape and if I gain a little weight, it hits my stomach first. Nobody likes the extra roll(s) of fat on their abs, but it happens. I try to watch what I eat, though I am quite fond of an occasional cheeseburger (okay, and wine, chocolate etc.). I enjoy working out, but I do lapse out of my routine when things get hectic like say, Christmas?

This usually means that by mid-January, my jeans are a little tough to button and I walk around in jogging suits until I shed the unwanted weight. This holiday season was different, thanks to this "too good to be true" weight loss remedy.

Around the beginning of December, a neighbor gave me a box of wu yi tea. She knew I liked tea and she did not (I think she was re-gifting!). Anyway, I thought it was pretty tasty. It is not as grassy tasting as green tea, but a little better for you than black tea. Nice, mild flavor. I certainly was not drinking it for weight loss because that just seemed silly.

I went about my business, shopping, decorating, wrapping, working and of course, eating all the lovely, fattening holiday cuisine such as prime rib, mashed potatoes, cheesecake and of course, eggnog martinis. I did not have any time to work out (nor did I feel like it while eating like that!).

After the craziness of the season was over, I reluctantly went to the scale. I had not noticed my jeans getting tighter, but I hoped my ab exercises in October and November had maybe helped me sort of hold in the fat. Not that it would not be there. Do you have any idea how many calories are in cheesecake? (Oh, and the pecan pie? And the brownies?)

Holy cow! I had lost three pounds! How could I have lost three pounds? I ran to the wu yi tea box and read the label. This particular wu yi tea had wu yi tea extract. I guess wu yi tea does make you lose weight, maybe.

Still not convinced, I did a little test. I stopped using the wu yi tea in my iced tea and went back to just black tea. I did not eat cheesecake (kind of tired of it), nor did I pig out. I ate around the amount of calories one would consume to maintain their current weight. I did not work out.

A month later, the 3 pounds were back. Well, I am back to drinking wu yi tea and I even blew the dust off the treadmill. I like the way I feel when I work out (more energy). I am back to eating a normal, healthy diet. However, I do not really mind the fact that if I do happen to slip in a cheeseburger here or a martini there, my wu yi tea has my back!

Can you really lose weight with wu yi tea? Go there and discover how to lose those extra pounds with wu yi green tea!

Cho Yung Weight Loss Tea Benefits Revealed.

Green tea is nearly synonymous with health benefits. Previous studies have shown that it has a high amount of antioxidants due to its lack of processing. Ranging from heart benefits to weight loss, the positive aspects are constantly touted. Although green tea itself isn't a medical treatment, and shouldn't be treated like one, drinking something with many benefits surely isn't detrimental. But which blend do you choose? Several types from China and Japan are available on the market and all give the same types of benefits.

When dieting, people often turn to diet supplements in order to speed up weight loss results. These diet pills can be quite expensive and sometimes not the best for your health. Well the good news is that you don't have to spend tons of money on expensive and potentially dangerous weight loss supplements as there is a supplement that is cheap, easy to prepare and available at your local grocery store. This is green tea and it is great at helping you lose weight and increasing your overall health as well.

Our primary study was done with 40 women with moderate "photoaging" and these women were randomized to either a combination regimen of 10% green tea cream and 300 mg oral supplements twice-daily or a placebo regimen for 8 weeks. The participants of this study were carefully monitored and the results of their experience documented in an effort to learn the real effects on aging skin.

At the end of the study when the results were reviewed, no significant differences in clinical grading were found between the treated and placebo groups, other than higher subjective scores of irritation in the treated group.

Histologic grading of skin biopsies did show significant improvement in the elastic tissue content of treated specimens. Participants treated with a combination regimen of topical and oral green tea showed histologic improvement in elastic tissue content. Green tea polyphenols have been postulated to protect human skin from the cutaneous signs of photoaging, but clinically significant changes could not be detected. All results from all testing have proven one thing, over and over again, and that is that Green Tea is one of three natural weight loss secrets that actually works.
